Toise’s Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. Order Cancellations:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested beyond this window will be non-refundable as processing may have begun.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If an order arrives damaged or does not match the description (e.g., wrong product), customers are eligible for a replacement or a credit on the store equivalent to the amount spent on the product. Proof of damage or discrepancy (like photos) must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt.

Quality Concerns: If customers are unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee due to freshness or flavor concerns, we’ll assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Eligible quality concerns may warrant a replacement or a store credit.

3. Processing and Refund Times:

Refund Processing: Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Items that have been used or are past the return window (as applicable) are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards and limited-edition blends are non-refundable.
