Toise began as a passion for coffee during our founder’s MBA in Boston, where a humble V60 dripper transformed his view of specialty coffee. What started as a daily ritual led him to a world of brewing, barista work, farm visits, and mastering the art of roasting. Mentored at Boot Campus by experts like Valerian and Willem, he became a Q Grader, driven by a relentless pursuit of perfection.
