The producer
Baarbara Estate
With origins dating back to 1896, Baarbara Estate has been part of India's coffee history for more than a century. It is led today by the fourth generation, Sreeraksha, who puts innovation first with micro-lots such as frozen cherry. Coffee here is shade grown among rich flora and fauna, and every lot is hand-picked, sorted and processed in the estate's own dry mill.
The process
72hr Fermented Washed
A washed coffee fermented for 72 hours. The longer fermentation adds complexity and sweetness, giving a balanced cup of fruity chocolate and cookies.
